لتشغيل خدمة الاتصال المرئي ارسل رقم((3)) الى 1100




وسوف يتم تشغيل خدمة الاتصال المرئي


اذهب الى الضبط ثم الى الشبكه اختر على وضع الشبكه واجعلها وضع مزدوج ثم يقول لك تم اختيار وضع مزدوج سوف يتم اعادة تشغيل ومن لم يجد هذي الطريقه فهية اشتغلت
وتضهر مكان علامة الشبكه ((3g)) يمكنك الان الاتصال المرئي
